The five Ps of completing a task
Prioritize. Prioritizing the things you need to do will help you know what is most important and what needs to get done first. Coming up with a plan makes it easier to get things done through the day or week so you can stay on track. Getting a calendar can help with your plan. Avoid procrastination by removing any distractions such as your phone or leaving the room with your tv so you are not tempted to watch tv.

Productivity. Productivity can mean a lot of things but I think of it as using your time wisely and making sure you are getting things that need to be done.. Well done.
Positivity. Positivity is key!! If you are talking down on yourself it is going to make it harder to want to get things done. You need to reassure yourself you can do anything you set your mind to!
